DINSKY DOODLES and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.
When shopping with us, there’s a few things we wanted you to know.
Refunds: In general and because of the nature of our items, we don’t offer refunds, with the following exceptions:
- Items that are on pre-order.
- Items that haven’t shipped yet (ask us, we may be able to help if USPS hasn’t picked up yet)
- Items that are returned to us in new condition (box included).
Damaged / Replacements: If an item is damaged during transit, please send us an email with pictures to contact@dinskydoodles.com. If a package is missing parts (they shouldn’t, please check the box and paper again!), we will send replacements if we have the pieces available. If you broke the item while you tried to assemble or disassemble it, drop us a mail and we’ll see if we can help (no promises – depends on spare parts availability and stock!)
Shipping: In every case, once an item is shipped, shipping is non-refundable. You are also responsible for return shipping if you do choose to return an item.
Pre-Orders: For some of our products, we offer Pre-Orders before they go on sale. There’s a few things we want you to know about our preorders too!
- Our Pre-Orders are not a “KickStart” or “GoFundMe”. When we take preorders, this means we’re already buying the stock and they will be delivered regardless of how many we sell.
- You can cancel a preorder at any time until it ships.
- We likely won’t email you from the time you place the order until the time you see that it’s shipped. We hate emails ourselves, so we limit them drastically. If you ever have concerns if your pre-order was missed (it won’t be), you can always reach out to us at contact@dinskydoodles.com
- We may slip our dates. While we try our best to ensure we always deliver preorders on time, there are things that happen and are out of our control. For example – in 2019, we took Pikachu lamp pre-orders. When we received our stock of lamps, every Pikachu had a tail which was broken off. We had to obtain replacements causing us to delay around three weeks.
If we slip our date, or if we foresee any potential date changes, we will immediately send you an email. If you’re unhappy with the new date, you are still welcome to request a refund until the time it ships. You’re also welcome to request a 5% off a future order coupon too (just drop us an email!).
The other bits: This shop is run by a husband and wife based in Atlanta. We will do our best to make you happy in the event anything happens.
Important Note: Many of our items contain small parts which are choking hazards to children. Our items are not toys and young children should not play with them!

All items purchased from DINSKY DOODLES are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the carrier upon our delivery to the carrier. In the event a product is missing during shipment, we will do everything we can to help you retrieve the item.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
DINSKY DOODLES and its associates attempt to be as accurate as
possible. However, DINSKY DOODLES does not warrant that product descriptions or
other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or
error-free. If a product offered by DINSKY DOODLES itself is not as described,
your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. If an item is
